From Exeter:

Take the A38 towards Plymouth and Cornwall bearing left on to the A380 (signposted Torwauy) continuing over Telegraph Hill. At the Penn Inn roundabout in Newton Abbot take the 2nd exit (signposted Torquay) and after half a mile turn left into Aller Brake Road. Turn left into Ash Road. Bear right into Rowantree Road and Monterey Park is immediately on your right hand side.

From Plymouth:

Take the A38 towards Exeter and exit at Drumbridges roundabout (signposted Bovey Tracey and Newton Abbot). Take the 4th exit onto the A382 (signposted Newton Abbot) and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Jetty Marsh Road and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto The Avenue (B3195). After passing Newton Abbot railway station bear left onto the A381 (signposted Torquay). At the Penn Inn roundabout in Newton Abbot take the 3rd exit (signposted Torquay) and after half a mile turn left into Aller Brake Road. Turn left into Ash Road. Bear right into Rowantree Road and Monterey Park is immediately on your right hand side.
