By Road:

Leave Exeter or the M5 at Junction 29 onto the A30 towards Honiton. Remain on the A30 ignoring the Ottery St. Mary and Daisymount exit. Leave the A30 at Patterson’s Cross Junction signposted Feniton, Fenny Bridges and Fairmile. Turn left at the end of the slip-road and follow the signs to Feniton. Continue along the road through the village of Feniton and over the railway track, following the signs to Payhembury and passing Lincoln Close on the right-hand side.

As you continue along this road you will pass through the village of Colestocks, then upon entering Payhembury you will pass Markers Park on the right. Continue along the road, bear left and take the immediate right-hand turn, which is next to a brook. Polly Brook Cottages will be found on the left-hand side.
