With over 22 Million households (84%) in the UK with internet access and with the average person using 3.1 devices to connect to the internet we have come to accept that most buyers begin their property search online. Of course you can search for our products and homes through our own website or property portals such as Zoopla, Rightmove and onthemarket.com but how can we ensure that we grab the buyers attention and showcase our outstanding quality which sets us apart?
We were recently approached by a video production company that offer high quality, presenter led videos with aerial footage taking by drones to create a five minute video of one of our completed homes at Holland Park. Although we had professional photos taken of this plot we felt that buyers would be able to appreciate the flow of the open spaces and get a real sense of scale and how rooms relate to each other by capturing it on video.
We really couldn’t be more thrilled with the result of this video. Rather than just relying on photos that only can tell half the story the video is far more emotive and you feel that you get a better understanding of our company, our ethos and the design and specification of our homes in a short video then you would from flicking through a brochure. All marketing tools have their place. A brochure gives you more precise details with regards to room dimensions and technical specification but the video puts it all into some sort of perspective. It really brings our homes to life and we have found that potential buyers are more likely to visit us at our sales centre once they have a more in-depth feel for the home especially if they are travelling from out of the area.
